Initial Consultation, Assessment & Intake

We offer an affordable thirty-minute initial consultation. This is an opportunity to answer questions about our program and receive a brief summary of your presenting problem or issue. This consultation includes time for us to learn about your background, goals and expectations, to see if we are a good fit for each other before beginning the counseling process. If you determine that our agency fits your needs we will proceed with an intake and an assessment. A comprehensive assessment is a necessary component for proper placement in the Outpatient program. The assessment takes approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. The intake process takes approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Please call for fees. Full payment is due at the time of service. We offer a sliding fee scale, please inquire at the time of your initial consultation.

Payment:

We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We do not currently accept insurance or work with any insurance companies directly. Upon request, we can give you a receipt for services to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement if the insurance company reimburses for substance abuse or mental health services.
